At the beginning of February this year, a Poll program city planning-architectural open competition was announced in Belgrade for blocks 25 and 26 in Novi Beograd. The announcers of this open competition were Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade, Association of Architects of Belgrade and Association of City Planners of Belgrade. By the method of announcement, the open competition was public anonymous. By the character of the task, this competition was poll program and single-stage.
During May 2007, the jury announced the winner and published awarded works. The work under code “00001” won the competition. It was the solution of company “Medium International Development“. The winning team was led and managed by architects Jovan Mitrović and Dejan Miljković. This text is enriched with the open competition material, textual explanation and photos of the winning solution.
