In the nearby area of the shopping mall „Delta city“, a housing-business Complex „Belville“ has been under structure for quite some time and it is planned that, beside its original function, the Complex will be used for the purpose of providing accommodation for participants of the summer Universiade. The summer Universiade will be held in Belgrade in 2009. After the Universiade, the „Belville“ Complex will function as a housing-business settlement with 14 housing objects and 2 business blocks on the total area of 250 thousand square meters. A company „Blok 67 Associates“, founded by mutual investments of Delta Real Estate and Hypo Alpe Adria Group, is in charge of construction works on the Complex.
