Aggressive Beginning of the New Investment Cycle - MIPIM 2010

Last year’s MIPIM 2009, the jubilee twentieth anniversary of the trade fair, took place at the most inconvenient time for development of European and even world real estate business. No sooner had the greatest real estate market started their slow recovery from recession than the tidal wave hit Europe. But, optimism did not lack at that moment. The decreased number of exhibitors and visitors did not disturb all the same positively oriented atmosphere. Having in mind the situation of that time, MIPIM 2009 represents “a new basic” event for comparison of achieved results in the forthcoming period. As for the exhibitors from Serbia, several promotions and presentations were organized at Beoland’s booth whereas exhibition “City on the Water” aroused the greatest interest. This year, Beoland is also leading the promotion of Serbian real estate designs and at the moment this is going to be the only booth where “the story about Serbia” will appear. At the conference part of MIPIM, Serbian real estate market will be the focus of debates and reviews at the panel “Markets of South East Europe” co-organized with the specialized magazine "RE+D" and scheduled to take place in “Provence” auditorium on 16 March in the morning.
