Key Experience
My professional career has begun in consulting services where I have established myself as a well known professional service provider.
An education in finance has provided a strong technical background for my analytical and process oriented approach to valuation, feasibility studies, and other consulting. Currently, I am completing the 2nd Year at the University of Reading MBA in Real Estate and Construction. Last year I completed the first year of the MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading.
During my career I have completed hundreds of Market Studies, Marketability Studies, Feasibility Studies, Highest & Best Use Studies and Valuations for all kind of properties in the region of South East Europe. My specialty is feasibility studies and development valuations in which I provide key decision making advice to international and domestic investors.
